Trump Issues More Threats To Iran

On this past Easter Sunday, Donald Trump posted a series of highly aggressive, profanity laced messages on Truth Social directed at Iran. The posts centered on a demand for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a critical oil shipping route that has been effectively closed since mid-March.

The most widely cited message included a direct ultimatum and a specific threat to Iranian civilian infrastructure. Trump warned that Tuesday would be "Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day" in Iran.

He demanded that Iran "Open the F---in' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell, JUST WATCH!". He ended the post with the phrase "Praise be to Allah," which many observers interpreted as sardonic or mocking given the context of the military threats.

This "meltdown" followed several weeks of a deepening conflict that has significantly impacted global energy markets.

The posts occurred shortly after a high-risk U.S. military operation successfully rescued a downed American Air Force colonel from the mountains of Iran. The closure of the Strait of Hormuz has triggered the largest energy disruption since the 1970s, causing oil prices to surge and gas prices to spike across the U.S. Legal experts and political figures, including Senator Chris Murphy, raised concerns that targeting civilian power plants and bridges would constitute war crimes under international law.

The unorthodox nature of a profanity-laden military threat on a major religious holiday drew swift condemnation:

Marjorie Taylor Greene: In a notable public break, she stated that Trump had "gone insane" and was "not a Christian," urging administration officials to intervene.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer responded as well. He described Trump as "ranting like an unhinged madman" while families were heading to church. Iranian military officials dismissed the threats as "reckless" and "delusional," while warning of their own serious retaliation if attacked.

Trump later clarified his timeline, setting a new deadline for a deal by Tuesday, April 7, at 8:00 P.M. ET, though he expressed uncertainty in subsequent interviews about whether a deal could actually be reached.

Trump's Alleged Declining Health

Concerns regarding President Donald Trump’s health and cognitive state have intensified, fueled by reports of visible physical changes, frequent mental slips, and a lack of medical transparency. While the White House and his personal physician, Dr. Sean Barbabella, maintain that he is in "excellent health," several medical experts and critics have publicly pointed to signs they believe are consistent with early-stage dementia.

Reports have highlighted incidents where the President confused countries (e.g., Iceland and Greenland), mixed up world leaders, and struggled to complete sentences. Dr. Vin Gupta and other experts have noted "phonemic paraphasic errors", substituting similar-sounding words and an "incoherent" speech style as potential markers of decline.

Some psychologists, including Dr. John Gartner, argue that Trump’s frequent boasts about "acing" cognitive tests like the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) are a red flag. They suggest that performing these tests repeatedly indicates that doctors may be monitoring existing decline rather than just screening for it.

Observers have noted dark bruising on his hands, swelling in his legs (diagnosed as chronic venous insufficiency in 2025), and a "hunched" gait. Viral videos of him appearing to fall asleep or "resting his eyes" during meetings have furthered these concerns.

Critics frequently cite his father Fred Trump’s diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease as a significant risk factor, with his niece, Mary Trump, claiming she sees similar patterns of confusion in the President.

The administration dismisses these claims as "conspiracy theories". They attribute hand bruises to frequent handshaking or aspirin use and maintain that advanced imaging (CT/MRI) conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center showed no abnormalities. Recent polling indicates a sharp decline in public confidence. A February 2026 poll showed that 56% of Americans doubt his mental sharpness, an increase of 13 points since 2023.

Rumors of a "health crisis" spiked on April 4, 2026, when he went 12 hours without a public appearance. However, he was seen golfing on Easter Sunday, April 5, which the White House used to counter claims of a hospitalization.

Many Americans are concerned about their safety under his administration. Countless other Countries have also issued publicly that the United States need to take action in removing him from office. Story developing.
